Pentecost Art - The Unleashing of the Tongue of fire in the Church of the Holy Cross

Pentecost is a celebration that is focused on the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ and the coming of the Holy Spirit into the world. Pentecost is an eight day season devoted to celebration and prayer. It is based upon the Book of Acts which details the last week of the life of Jesus. During this time the church would celebrate and praise God for His gift, love and work with His church and people throughout the world.

Pentecost is the perfect place to bring families and friends together. The beautiful scenery offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for sharing and camaraderie. In addition to beautiful scenery and friendly faces, Pentecost also has an abundance of cultural events and activities. It is also where many Christian families visit for their annual summer vacation. Pentecost is also the location where many new converts and those returning to the faith visit for the first time.

Pentecostalia is based upon the book of Acts. As a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, Pentecostalia includes miracles, healing and conversion as well as teaching of the Word of God and attending to the needs of the people living under the ministry of Elder Peter J. Lee. While in Asia, visitors can experience the full flavor of the worship of the Holy Spirit and meet new friends from all over the globe. Here are some of the beautiful and stunning highlights of Pentecost:

The second day of Pentecost sees the presence of the Holy Spirit came to greet Elder Peter J. Lee and the other elders of the congregation. At first, there was violent wind, hail and a number of other unusual conditions. Yet, when the miraculous wind turned into gentle rain, the elders were greatly delighted to see Elder Peter and Elder Hunan who were riding on white clouds. In fact, they had been waiting for this special event for so long and when it finally happened, they were greatly surprised and greatly pleased with what had happened.

The third day of Pentecost marks the victory of Jesus over Jezebel's worshipful army. When the smoke cleared, there stood as Jesus stood on the cross facing her armies. Suddenly, there was a great light that fell from above and it was the Holy Spirit. With this, the people started to grovel and kneel as they said: "Lord, have mercy on Jesus, Lord, Son of God, redeem him and save him from his enemies!" Afterward, the people were baptized with holy water and there was great rejoicing and happiness.

The fourth day of Pentecost art sees the presence of the Holy Spirit coming down from heaven. There was also a violent wind and hail and this time the Elder Joseph of course did not have any fear. He took the tablets of bread and wine and placed them under the tree but, unfortunately, the violent wind did not stop and instead, it increased even more. As a result, Joseph had no choice but to eat the bread and drink the wine but he did not forget the tablets of bread and wine.
